Dear parents,
Welcome to the new academic session of 2022-23. After a lot of contemplation and reweaving of my thoughts, I am writing this piece of message – my first message in this esteemed institution, hopefully one of the many that I am hoping to share with you. In these troubled times of which we have witnessed multitude of changes. Changes in the teaching – learning process, use of technology, social media, etc.

We as adults need to provide an environment of freedom with control and friendship with respect.
During these times our priority is to provide a safe environment.

We at GPS believe in empowering our children in such a manner that they act as representatives of a meaningful and value-based society!We believe that every child is unique. We believe in Nurturing their talent and skill, developing their interests and fostering their strengths. This will help develop their confidence and personality. This will make them independent and lifelong learners.
Children have their own individuality and needs and therefore there is no one set way when it comes to handling the issues troubling them. We respect this and also make sure that their needs are addressed.
We try to create a classroom that has a positive and fair environment.
We believe that a good relationship between a teacher and her students is built on a strong foundation of mutual understanding, respect, and trust. When both the teacher and students understand each other’s goals and points of view, the building blocks of mutual respect are developed. Both teachers and students seek and deserve respect as human beings and individuals.
As educators, we also understand the importance of building an opportunity to be a friend and confidante to our students, but we are careful that we do not cross the line of professionalism.
